Hi timothy are you using the wireless or an ethernet cable and does the screen
becomes inactive when doing other functions another idea will be installing pc sw on
a laptop or pc with the sd card reader and do your updates thru there but tell me if
your scanner freezes up when doing other functions besides updating

 hi there guys I have the maxisys and seem too have the same fault, when doing updates the system freezes and I  have too s/w off the tool and restart

I hook up my tool direct too my modem how do I do this sw installation
